G Rebello Engineering Pty Ltd started operations in July 1982 manufacturing Plastic Injection Molds in Sydney Australia and have now set up Operations in Goa, India to take advantage of a highly skilled workforce having extensive experience in Precision Engineering, Manufacturing Injection Moulds, Press Tools, Die Cast Tools, Blow Moulds, Vaccuum Forming Moulds and Special Purpose Machines to cater to a wide range of Industries from Telecommunications to White Goods and Security Seals to Medical Items in a Clean Room Environment.

Plastics Mould Making
We are experts in producing precision steel moulds of intricate, multi-cavity design, including features such as hot runner moulds from 1 cavity to 40 cavities, hydraulic motor moulds and multi-cavity family moulds. Our large CNC Mills, Spark EDM, and Wire cutting machines can accommodate XYZ statistics of up to 2.5mx1mx 1m producing moulds up to 10 tons.

Plastics Injection Moulding
We have a wide range of 26 Injection moulding machines from 80 tone up to 1000 tones. This is what enables us to meet our client’s production needs.
Secondary Processing
With our high quality Laser Marking Machines, pad printing, hot foil transfer, screen printing and ultra sonic welding, we are able to transform your product for immediate shipping and retail.
Computer Aided Design (CAD)
Our integrated CAD/CAM suite includes the following software: AutoCAD 14 , Pro Engineer , Solid Works , and Mastercam. Designs in other formats are translated by our Product Data Exchange service provider, which supports Solid, Step, Unigraphics, IGES, Solid Designer, Catia, Mech Desktop and many others.
Test Equipment
Oue high precision testing machine imported from American and Japan, ensures the product dimensions and execute the mechanical testing.
